Mederi Thermae is an exclusive program offered by Regina Isabella Resort Spa Restaurant. It is the result of a collaboration between the Scientific Director and Nutritionist of Regina Isabella Thermal Spa, Dr. Valerio Galasso, and Dr. Fabio Rodaro, a physician and advocate of Psychosomatic Phytotherapy.
This exclusive program focuses on three days entirely dedicated to mental and physical well-being, where thermal treatments will complement guided mindfulness and awareness paths.
Upon arrival at the hotel, after consultations with the doctors, all guests will be welcomed with a personalized menu (catered to their dietary needs) prepared daily by the Michelin-starred chef, Pasquale Palamaro, and surrounded by the exclusive natural beauty of the 5***** Luxury Resort.

Mederi Thermae consists of two programs.
The Mederi Thermae program
Which includes:
• Meditation practice sessions
• Doctor's Lounge
• Thermal treatments:
- Medical consultation
- Thermal mud treatment
- Thermal bath
- Inhalation therapy
- Circulatory massage (30 minutes) or one treatment of choice among: myofascial, anti-stress, sports massage, personalized RI treatment.
The program can be supplemented with joint telemedicine consultations with Doctors Rodaro and Galasso. The consultations for both the basic and advanced programs will take place in the month preceding MEDERITHERMAE at a reduced cost compared to individual consultations. Program cost excluding accommodation and meals is €350.00 (also available for guests not staying at the resort by clicking here under Weekend SPA Program).
